Returning Unwanted Goods

In the event that you’ve changed your mind about a product you’ve ordered, simply follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Complete the tear-off slip at the bottom of your invoice.
  2. Pack the products securely, ensuring they are in the best possible condition.
  3. Remember to refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding the return of goods.
  4. Post the items to the address mentioned on the returns slip.

To avoid any delays in processing your return, make sure to fill out the form provided. Additionally, we recommend obtaining proof of posting to safeguard your interests in case the goods are lost in transit.

If you prefer a collection service, we are happy to arrange it on your behalf for a small charge. Give us a call at 01769 576419 to make the necessary arrangements. Alternatively, you may visit your nearest Mole Valley Farmers branch to return the item in person.

Rest assured, if you notify us within fourteen working days after delivery that you intend to return a product you’ve taken reasonable care of, we will issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Dealing with Faulty Goods

Although highly unlikely, if you happen to receive faulty or damaged goods, we are here to help. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Call us at 01769 576419 to arrange the collection of the faulty goods. Please have your order number ready for reference.
  2. You will be provided with a returns number, which should be noted down.
  3. Carefully re-package the goods, making sure to include a note with the returns number.
  4. Clearly write the address provided on the returns slip (found with your invoice) on the parcel.
  5. Leave the rest to us! We will take care of collecting the parcel.

Restricted Goods

Please note that due to certain restrictions, we are unable to offer in-store refunds on the following types of goods:

  • Animal medicines, including general and vaccines
  • Agrochemicals, such as herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides
  • Underwear
  • Frozen, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive products
  • Animal feeds that are intended for the human food chain
  • Equestrian Safetywear, including riding hats and body protectors
